This is my portfolio showcasing my projects and skills.
This page documents my work and learning throughout the VEX VR Computer Science course.
The goal of this challenge was to program code that drives your robot to your birthday and birthyear using the dd/mm/yyyy format on a number grid.
I learned how to guide my robot and use the pen code on VEX software. Not as challenging though, I learned this stuff in 6th grade.
The goal of this challenge is to program code that makes your robot go in sequential order from space 1, then back to the starting area, then go to space 2, and so on.
I used loops and variables and learned how they work.
We had to knock every part of a castle off a map while avoiding knocking ourselves off.
I learned how to use forever loops and fronteye detection.
We had to draw a house using pens and repetition.
I learned how to use the pen code more, repetition, pen color change code, etc.
Navigate to the end of a maze using bumpers.
I learned how to use bumpers to navigate to the end of a maze using wait until blocks.
Use distance sensors to get to the end of a maze.
I learned more upon using wait until blocks and using distance value logic.
Use distance and location sensors along with value logic to drive to the numbers, 25, 78, and 42.
I learned how to use logic value and location sensors to reach these numbers.
it had to move through the maze to the red disk using detectors, then go back to the start using the same detectors.
I learned how to control for velocity unreliability and how to use downeye color detection.
We were supposed to get one of each color disk in each of the goals
I had to learn how to use the magnetize function and I had to copy and paste the 2 other sections and only had to alter it slightly.
